The OSHA 10-Hour Training is intended for entry-level workers in the construction sector, while the OSHA 30-Hour Training is tailored for supervisors, foremen, superintendents, and safety managers in construction. Those in other fields should opt for General Industry training. If you’re unsure which course suits your role or the specific hazards you may encounter on the job site, consult your employer for guidance in selecting the most appropriate OSHA Outreach course.
If your employer or state requires an official OSHA card issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, you must complete OSHA Outreach Training.
These training courses are self-paced, allowing you to learn at your own convenience. There’s no need to finish the entire course in one sitting—you can start, pause, and resume anytime. Plus, you can access the training from any device, whether it’s a mobile phone, laptop, or tablet.
Once you’ve enrolled or registered, our support team will email you within 20 minutes with the Learning Management System link along with your login credentials (username and password) so you can begin your course.
The OSHA Outreach Training program teaches workers to identify and prevent common workplace safety and health hazards. We offer OSHA-approved Outreach training in both English and Spanish for construction and various other industries. The 30-hour course is designed for supervisors or employees with safety responsibilities, while the 10-hour courses are intended for entry-level workers.
In the construction field, workers must regularly recognize and report safety and health hazards. Our OSHA 10-hour Construction course teaches you how to identify common job-site dangers and enhances your understanding of construction-specific safety standards outlined in OSHA 29 CFR 1926.
The OSHA 30-Hour Online Training Course educates workers on their rights and employer responsibilities, as well as how to identify, address, avoid, and prevent workplace hazards.
